Hey,
I have been having problems with windows 7 (7600 i believe), its been crashing at random times mostly near its initial start up, the problem is it never generates a blue screen or dump file because when it freezes it does just that, there is no mention of problems in event viewer either other than the last shutdown was unexpected. some info on the problem, sound will glitch and loop like 0.3 seconds for a bit then it will play 2 seconds or so normally after a while then just stop completely. i have been trying to find the problem with no luck. i have tried a different hard drive, different RAM, cpu, graphics card etc my mobo is the only thing i havent chagned but its brand new so its eliminated as the problem in my opinion.
Any thoughts on what the problem could be would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Liam
