Hello. My english may be horrible so sorry for that.

My PC freezing sometimes, about once a week or fortnightly. It happens while i play games or watching youtube, but mostly while playing games.
I tested memory (2x4gb) with memtest86+ and found errors, so i replaced sticks with 2x2gb from my old PC, but freezing still appears. And last time i got BSOD with this info: BCCode: 101 BCP1: 0000000000000031 BCP2: 0000000000000000 BCP3: FFFFF88002F65180 BCP4: 0000000000000002

My PC:
Motherboard ASUS P8Z77 V-LX2
CPU Core i3 3220
Videocard GTX 550 Ti - no problems on old PC
Soundcard E-MU 1212m PCI - no problems on old PC
HDD Seagate ST1000DM003-1CH162 (S1D95WHY)

Any idea what causes freezing?

Hi aidis.

The stop 0x101 BSODs may be caused by a wide range of causes. And unfortunately the crash dumps does not provide adequate information about the crash. So a trial and error may be needed.

Are you overclocking?
Code:
CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz"
MaxSpeed: 3300
[COLOR=Red]CurrentSpeed: 3309[/COLOR]
As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not.

Also let us know the wattage of the PSU.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95
