Random freezing finally led to a BSOD

Well ever since Windows installed the new service pack a few days ago, I've been having random times where I'm either watching a video on YouTube, Watching a livestream on Twitch, or sometimes not even doing anything, when my comp would freeze up for a good minute or sometimes 2, and any sound playing would just get stuck and glitch. (my internet would also cut out while its frozen, but come back when it unfreezes) I've been ignoring them, mostly because I had no idea whatsoever what was causing it nor how to fix it. but today when it froze, it BSOD'd on me. I've included the zip that you guys require, so hopefully this'll lead to a solution.

Thanks for any help!! :)

Well, on my old Hard drive I was using Avira Antivir personal, but ever since I switched to this new Hard Drive, I don't think Ive reinstalled it (Yea, not smart on my part) I'll go through those steps that you posted, and update if that fixed anything when done. (I can easily provoke the freezing if I watch a YouTube video fullscreen) I'll also reinstall Antivir.

I'd recommend using MSE instead.

Well There wasn't anything under Programs and Features related to my network adapter, but I went to the device manager and selected to update the driver there, but windows said it's driver is up to date.

System scan and CHKDSK found no errors.

Ahh, there, I installed the latest that was there....my old driver was from 2009 oddly enough! (I built this computer in early 2012 too!) Will restart, and then try and provoke the freezing, to see if it's fixed.
