Random freezing in-game or on desktop issues

I have an i7 930 @ 4.2ghz and 6GB ddr3-1600, a couple Raid0's on the X58's ICH10R, and 2 GTX 460's at 900Mhz in SLI.

I get complete lock-up's in game, one thing I notice is my volts droop to 11.984v from 12.100v when the problem occurs.

I ran a 10 hour Memory Diagnostic on Extended mode and it found zero errors.

I also made sure the cpu was stable and it is, ran it for a few hours at 100% load saw like 80C on core #1, cpu was 70C.

GPU's are at 1.125v and it's a stable voltage setting.

Could the EPS 8-pin power cause a freeze up under heavy load? I extended mine a few inches and I'm not sure if the wiring or solder is failing. Just stumped on this random in-game under load freeze issue.

Win7 ultimate sp1 x64

Thanks

Your awesome for reading this.
The whole system is completely stable and 80C is only after 8 hours of intelburntest.

I never see 50C on a regular basis. It's normally at 29C so that 80C is intense stress testing.

Anyway I figured out what it was, appears to be the Nvidia PhysX. Turned it from the GPU to the CPU and it's stable as stuff. Running PhysX on 9.13.1220 on Forceware 340.43 beta. Unusual it does it especially in GTA IV and Rising Storm which I know Rising Storm uses Advanced PhysX, not sure about GTA IV.

Anyway all is well on the CPU for Physx via Nvidia Control Panel.
