Hey all,

Been getting this for the past few months, longer than the minidumps I've recorded. Seems to be only when I've got firefox open (from memory) and doing nothing intensive. Never had a crash while gaming etc. I used to get a BSOD that was Norton related. I removed Norton and it stop, but this one cropped up soon after.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Thanks!

F4 is usually a storage/hard drive related crash. Do you have an SSD? If yes, please get the latest firmware for it.

Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using crystal disk info:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
Hard drive test both short and long with:
Also the DOS version of:

Thanks for replying.

Yeah I've got an SSD, updated the firmware, though the previous version wasn't that old.

Ran Disk Check on both drives, no system errors or bad sectors.
Ran SeaTools in Windows, everything passed.

So maybe it was just the outdated firmware?

Looks good and yes maybe it was the firmware.

Observe for another week and let us know if the BSODs reoccur.
