Solved Random Issues Occurring
Gonna make this brief right now because I am going out but want to get this posted up. All my system specs are up to date just so everyone knows.
1st Issue: Video describes it entirely.
Please help me out, I will post more information when I get back later describing my other issues.
Also, further note that this doesn't just happen with WoW running. Sometimes happen with just a browser open and whatnot.

Are you saying when the problem occurs or just in general? Because when i'm on my computer normally my CPU is at an average of like 3% Usage..
Haven't checked when this problem actually occurs, so if that is your suggestion I will do so!
