My computer has been shutting down randomly. No BSOD, just shuts down as if someone janked on the power cable. After a few crashes my computer would not turn on, just spin the fans. I opened the pc up and the dram led was turned on. People told me the problem was probably of the MOBO so I sent it to ASUS for RMA. Yesterday I got it back, put everything together again, and it just crashed again. The event viewer has a kernel-power 41 error but no other error before it. The CPU temps are low (in the 30's) as well as the GPU temp (in the 40's).I ran memtest for a few hours before sending the MOBO for RMA and had no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Running Windows 7 Professional. My computer is about 10 months all and the problems began about a month ago. Windows is a clean install.

I ran memtest again for 6 hours and there were no errors. But when I rebooted the computer it turned off again, and would turn off again before loading windows. Left it off for the whole night, and in the morning it booted fine.
