Run a few Startup Repairs to see if it finds anything to fix in the boot.
Try creating a new User Profile at Control Panel>User Accounts>Manage Another Account. See if the problem persists. If so try a Repair Install.
If it continues then its a hardware problem, possibly the Power Supply. Check/replace all cables, connections, try another PSU after running the Psu calculator - Windows 7 Forums.
We have hardware experts here who can help you more. Report back on all the above steps.

well... I can't install windows 7 for some stupid reason. I fell ready to give up soon and go to my local computer shop to get it fixed. but i will still try some more things for alittle while Don't know what will happen.i guess.
But anyway i downloaded the windows 7 and tryed to install it but there was a error that came up well trying to install ATM i am running a system check. I hope it will work....?
I think i have found the problem. I tried checking if my pc would work on windows 7 and it said. ITUNES IS INCOMPARABLE.
I will see what happens after i remove it.
This is why I said to be sure to follow the steps closely in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which state to boot the installer to do the reinstall. You wouldn't have gotten the error if you'd done this. Now read the steps and follow them closely if you want a perfect install.
Personally yoshi I would not have anything Apple on any of my machines - have fixed too many that have been submerged with their (in my view) crappy rubbish:sarc:

I'm still wondering how you got an error about Itunes interfering while reinstalling Win7?
The only time these compatibility checks are run is for the Upgrade install run from the OS, which in Win7 is a Repair Install. But if you were following the steps given in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 you would have booted the installer to reinstall and this could not have occurred.
