Well I am normally a everyday gamer but past few weeks I have hardly sat down at my computer to do just some web serfing and little gameing. But it seems that since i stopped getting on all the time everything seems to have gone to the pot.
I will sit down and the computer will have just booted back up or programs just forced into shutdown like internet explorer.

I ran the program to record all of the error reports i just hope i did it right. Its been awhile since ive done any of this. Thanks for the help!!

USB 3.0 drivers aren't installed. Please visit the Asus website for your motherboard and download/install the latest Win7 compatible version.

Change monitor filter driver dates from 2009 and should be updated. More info here: Driver Reference Table - MOBK.sys

It that doesn't fix things, then try this next (it's only a hunch on my part):
Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the McAfee from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of McAfee using this free tool: http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS100507
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus, then check to ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.
If all of this doesn't work, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

There is a possibility that this is a hardware problem, so please try these free diagnostics as time allows: http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html

If the above steps don't stop the BSOD's, please zip up and upload any new memory dumps with your next post - and we'll see what we can figure out from there.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

Not a n00b question at all. It's taken me several years to figure out a safe way to remove unknown drivers - so here's my canned speech for it:

I don't know what this driver is, so I'll have to suggest disabling it to see what happens.
To do this, please follow these instructions:
Safely Remove Drivers:
First attempt - uninstall using Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program (if you can find it there)
Second attempt - uninstall using Device Manager. Right click on the device and select "Uninstall" (If you can find it there)
Third attempt - Go into Properties of the Device (in Device Manager) and select the Driver tab. Select the Uninstall button from there. (If you can find it there)

Fourth Attempt -
The MOBK.sys driver is still present.
To remove it safely, please do the following:
- ensure that you have a bootable DVD to use to get into Startup Repair
-----For Win7: The Win7 installation DVD will do (must have a full version - not the OEM image). If you don't have one, go to Start...All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc and create one from there.
- set a System Restore point (to use with the System Repair disk if you can't get back into Windows).

- download this free program: Autoruns for Windows Use it to disable any entries that name the MOBK.sys driver or the program it belongs to (by removing the checkmark in the far left column)
- check for any services related to this driver and/or program (use services.msc) and disable them
- check in Device Manager (use devmgmt.msc) for any devices related to this driver and/or program. Make sure to enable the viewing of hidden devices. Uninstall any that you find. DO NOT rescan or reboot yet!
- search your system for the MOBK.sys driver and rename it to MOBK.BAD

Then reboot and see if it's removed.

Ok i think i got it. I have done back to back searches to be sure but have yet to find any trace of it. How ever I also did not find what program it was with. I tried some research on the file to see what it is with and all that came up was different kinds of errors invovled with this file. i am also uploading past 2 days worth of errors and restarts(could be BSOD as i am not sitting here when it happens I don't know how to tell). Hope it tells us more with some problems, I'll will prob post another report when i get home from work as i am sure my computer will be restarted. Hope it don't but I wont hold my breath lol. This computer is the devil and i cant seem to get away lol :devil::devil::devil::devil::devil::eek:

MOBK.sys is still present (as of this last memory dump).
Tue Jul 3 06:11:04.485 2012 (UTC - 4:00)

In this case MOBK.sys is located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers

I'm also wondering about McAfee. If you'd like, please try this:
Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the McAfee from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of McAfee using this free tool: http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS100507http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?lc=1033&id=TS101331 (link has changed a lot. If it doesn't work, search for McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool)
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus, then check to ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

You MUST run Driver Verifier (according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings )
That will help us to narrow down the problem.
