Random restarts/lockups while gaming/testing

Hello, i am new to the forums! Well as the title says, i've been having some problems with my 2 month custom pc, i have tried quite a lot of things to solve these issues but they seem to keep reappearing, so i wanted to ask for some help. I used both windows 7 x64 ultimate cracked and retail versions and the problems are pretty much the same.
I ran some memtests , prime95, furmark etc. But no luck. And also since i don't see any BSOD when the problem happens, it has been a pain in the a** to know what is causing it. I have to add that i recently updated the gpu from an xfx ati 4850 1gb which was the first gpu i chose. I reinstalled lots of drivers and wiped cleaned them but no luck(with driver sweeper+safemode and in some cases using SFC /SCANNOW). Some people told me it could be the psu, the memory or even the cpu. It is not overheating because the gpu i recently bought doesn't exceed 60ºC while playing and the cpu max temp i've seen is 56ºC. Most crashes occur on internet games like bad company 2, call of duty 4. I also tried the punkbuster fix for those 2 which are the games i play most with no good results.
If there's any fix or advice it would be appreciated.

Have you gotten any blue screens?
If so we could use the information at this link provided.

even if you haven't had a crash running and uploading perfmon report as detailed at the link would at least give us an indication of what your software environment is doing when it freezes.

possible it's tuneup utilities or AVG causing the problem.
Was hoping it would be a bit more clear, but my spanish is terrible.

Okay i'll try uninstalling those 2 and see what happens. Damn it, I'm sorry about that spanish xD i'll keep you informed. Also if you could give me a good antivirus name/brand to replace mine would be awesome.

Well it's honestly not the greatest thing, but it most likely is the most stable.
Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials
It's free for anyone with windows though.
What I've done is run it active and manually scan with malwarebytes free version once a week.

Seems to be a good mix, haven't had any trouble with that arrangement.
the performance impact seems lowest that way I'll say that much.

Okay i have good news, the random restarts went poof. I changed from avg to norton just to test and it seems to be cool. Also uninstalled tuneup utilities and my stability improved while idle or surfing on the net.
Now i get crashes without BSOD everytime i play certain games, such as battlefield bad company 2 or call of duty 4. It always crash like hardlockup with buzz sound and the game stops like it was a screenshot.
*Only recoverable by holding on/off button and raw restart*
