If someone could help me that would be great. I get random restarts and the occasional blue screen while playing Pandora and web browsing. This is a fresh install of Windows 7 Professional 32 bit as of about a month ago. Attached are the files requested for a post here.

Thank you

My build is:

CPU: Core 2 Duo E8400
RAM: Corsair 4 GB Ram DDR2
Mobo: Evga 122 YW E173
Video: EVGA 9800GTX+
PSU: Corsair 600W

Ok had a look through your foiles ad all of your dumps point to a driver used for the Jenoptik software/device that you have installed/use:

Code:
9add6b9c 9f692e16Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\FireCamJ203.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for FireCamJ203.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for FireCamJ203.sys
 FireCamJ203+0x3e16

looking at the time stamp on the driver we can see that it in fact predates windows 7 and should be updated:

Code:
kd> lmvm FireCamJ203
start end module name
9f68f000 9f69c000 FireCamJ203 T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: FireCamJ203.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\FireCamJ203.sys
    Image name: FireCamJ203.sys
    Timestamp: [COLOR="Red"]Thu Feb 15 07:53:46 2007[/COLOR] (45D457DA)
    CheckSum: 0000AF64

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

Unfortunately I have no Idea where you would get the updates from because a quick look around their site only reveals a download link for their general terms and conditions, nothing about drivers or software, so you may need to contact the company directly.

Thank you Dsprague, I updated the driver for that a few weeks ago, however it seems FirecamJ203 was maintained as a rollback driver. I have removed it and am now running with the updated driver.

Thank you for your advice and going above and beyond the call of duty. I'll let you know if it I have any other concerns.

Unfortunately that may have not been the issue. I just received a blue screen from a bug check. I have attached the updated files for this and would greatly appreciate someone looking into it and advising me.

Thank you.

I followed the steps there and it appears my computer was already set up to dump (kernel memory). Even in the event viewer it claims that the a dump was saved in Memory.dmp. So perhaps one wasn't created? I'm not sure. Is there any other way for me to obtain the information you need?

unfortunately no its a matter of waiting and seeing if there is another crash, then hoping there is something recorded during the crash.

So I have been getting a slew of Blue screens, and random restarts and for the most part it doesn't seem like the Memory.dmp file has been updated. However it appears to have been updated on May 8th. Could someone help me with it and possibly let me know if it is different than the earlier ones I sent?

Thank you.

Alright I have now run both scans and both have verified that this computer is not infected.

What do you recommend next?

Try running the system file checker and a check disk:

SFC.EXE /SCANNOW
Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the search box, right click on the cmd.exe and select "Run as adminstrator"
In the black window that opens, type "SFC.EXE /SCANNOW" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
If the command finishes with anything other than"no violations found" run the command two more times
If on the third run there is still corruption it can not clear up run through this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/139810-sfc-scannow-run-command-prompt-boot.html

once that is done, from an elevated command prompt run this command:

Code:
chkdsk /f /r

then simply for the sake of testing please run through some hard drive diagnostics to make sure you dont have a failing drive on your hands:

Do you use Ccleaner? If so it could be cleaning out your memory dumps.

Dsprague, I ran sfc.exe, got a violation the first time, but not the second. Then ran the checkdisk, Hdd cleared that with no issues. I have then ran some Western digital HDD diagonostics, that came up clean as well.

Layback Bear, Good idea, but I'm not running Ccleaner

Well that sounds good, it sounds like there may have been some system file corruption so lets wait now and see if the system stabilizes. Sometimes corrupted file systems can cause BSODs and since it seems that has cleared up hopefully we will at least be getting dump files if/when the system crashes.

I just had another blue screen, with no mention in the dump files. I don't know if one could tell much just by seeing the blue screen. However, I took images of it. Could that provide you (Dspargue) or anyone else with some additional information to assist me in solving this rather annoying issue?

Thank you
