Not much can be done without .dmp files. At a guess, ensure device drivers (especially video card) are updated.

any idea why no dump is being created?

I updated the video driver and then I got another stop B8 crash...I wonder if the failed upgrade to win10 (twice) caused all of this. Dell now says the Inspiron 537S does not support win10.
