Solved Random windows 7 pro start error unfixable

Hi,
So i get a startup failure Randomly when i turn on this laptop Lenovo B50-45 then when windows tries to fix the error it can't. Then i reboot and everything loads fine.. Not sure what's up as i've done all the Diag. Options available through Lenovo support Software and everything passes.. Memory and hdd test ok, Also have factory restored twice but to no avail. When i use it performs ok, This machine has Windows 7 pro pre-installed on it but original was made with windows 8 pro . Has 2 partitons c:/ and d:Lenovo??

will upload the .dmp file .

Any Helpwould really be appriciated as i'm really not sure whats at fault.

the crashdumps point to HIDCLASS.sys which is your USB driver according to my research, check that driver and see if it happens again

Hi Hacb,

Thanks for the reply. I did do a chipset driver update through AMD yesterday and haven't had the problem since. It does include the 3.0 usb drive. Much appreciated for the help
