Solved BSOD after windows 7 Pro start up

Hi

I hope you can help me, every time I boot my pc it loads windows and then I get the BSOD.

The error message is STOP: 0x0000007F (0x00000008,0x8F503750,0x00000000,0x00000000).

I can start up into Safe Mode and have no problems. I have run the Memory Test for 8 passes with no problems.

I have attached the Dump files for your perusal, I would be extremely grateful if you can give me an idea of where the problem lies or of any other information that is required.

Remove:

Start Menu\Programs\McAfee
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Online Backup

This program is well-known to cause BSODs with Windows 7. mfehidk.sys and mfencbdc.sys are both drivers related to McAfee.

Use the McAfee Removal Tool:

• How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee products using the Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR)

Install and perform full scans with:

• Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download
• Microsoft Security Essentials | Protect against viruses, spyware, and other malware

:info: Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation

Remove any other real-time protection programs or AV products, such as SuperAntiSpyware.

Run some hard-drive diagnostics and follow these steps:

Find your hard-drive manufacturer and run their tests.

Additional Tests:

• CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

Check for any file system errors and bad sectors using Option #2 of:

Use this command with Disk Check:

chkdsk C: /f /r

Reseat all the cards within your system, and stop overclocking any components.

Update BIOS:

Hi

I have worked through most of your list.
Removing Mcafee sorted out my BSOD, a scan with MalwareByte found 19 items all from PUP.MyWebSearch. I also installed Microsoft Security Essentials.

I will run the Hard Drive diagnostic tool at a later date, I have the disk ready.

As you can see all is ok.

I have also checked the file system with no reported errors.

I have yet to identify my Ram to enable me to update the drivers for that.
I can only find one update for the BIOS and that is dated 11.17.2009 and only has a 'Fix PCI Video card display abnormality issue'.
I have reduced the number of programs loading at startup.

The BIOS update was more of a addition, if it was possible for your motherboard, and good to know your system is running stable
