Randomly BSOD while using or idle, 0x0a,0x50,0x3b,0xd1

My NB is HP G32-304TX
CPU: Intel Core i5-480M
Chipset: Mobile Intel® HM55 Express

Graphic Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 (1GB DDR3 VRAM)
RAM: 4GB (2GB Samsung,2G Kingston)




It's randomly to get BSOD while playing game , use Word, watch youtube or idle.
i can't figure what is error or broken in my NB.
i try test my RAM with memtest and all RAM is passed.

I am assuming that there is some virus. First make it sure that the system is free from viruses. Scan the system for possible virus infection.

• Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
• Windows Defender Offline

Let us know the results.

EDIT : Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. It cannot give you the protection that you need, and it is a very well known BSOD causer.
Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

I scan with TDSSKiller & Windows Defender Offline & MBAM and it say my NB is free from viruses and malware

Next step, do some disc checks.

1. Update your SSD's Firmware (Skip it, if it is not a SSD)
2. Re-seat the sata and power.
3. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
4. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
   Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

In Disk Check it not have any bad sector or error.
But I got freeze when run "Long Tests" with Seatools in +-50% when i have click on the screen. ( In "Short Tests" it passed)
It show a very small and green color of some information on the top of screen but i can't read it.

Apparently the HDD is in a good condition. It looks OK, other than the sign up time.

In the last incidence, there are two failures I am finding. The first thing is the display driver.

update the network driver.
First, download the network card driver from manufactuer's website. Downloads | Broadcom
Then reinstall the driver:

1. Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter.
2. Double click to expand "Network adaptors".
3. Right click your network card and click Uninstall.
4. Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box, click OK.
5. Restart the computer
6. If windows does not auto configure the appropriate drivers at startup, install the downloaded one manually.

I test run my NB with new a new display and Broadcom4313 driver all night but not get any BSOD.
But I will test run for 3-4 days if it not get any BSOD i think my nb is in stable state.

Out of curiosity, are you overclocking somehow in the BIOS or by using any kind of software in the OS?

Hi James, apparently the CPU is not overclocked.

I test run 3 days 5 nights with idle, office and game. And i not get any BSOD again !
I think my problem is ATI or Broadcom driver is too old or is not fit with my NB.
