Randomly can't access dating site "Plenty of Fish"

Win 7 home 64 bit. I have an account on the dating site "Plenty of Fish". About half the time I try to initially log on, usually after the PC has been running for awhile, I can't connect to the site w/o a reboot. Once I am logged on & access is established, if I walk away for a time (still logged in) and then try to access a page there, I frequently can't do so w/o again rebooting. I have a win 10 machine on this same cable internet (both hard wired to the same router), which can access the page with no trouble, even when the 7 machine is unable to, no reboot issues. What might account for the 7 machine behaving this way on this ONE site. It doesn't do it on any other sites.

[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]NB If anyone who has Kaspersky as their security they may find it will not like ADW running and to stop the nagging just temporarily disbale the Kaspersky while one runs ADW[/FONT]
NB the sfc is often said to be best rub for three consecutive runs.

Yes mate a good start because dating sites are a favourite target of malware and adware etc etc plus the two initial scans will sort out the OS filing system if there are things out of whack.
