Good day to you, gentlemen!

I've been having an agonizing problem for months now, and I just can't seem to find the source of the problem on my own, so I am asking for your help.

I've been getting randomly occurring BSODs for a while now(0x0000007F). I removed all the dust from my PC, checked cable connections, removed and reinserted RAM sticks, updated my VGA drivers and had my RAM checked by memtest, but it hasn't picked up any errors after 7+ passes.
If you need to know anything else, I'll gladly provide you with further information.
Thank you for taking the time to help, I'd be eternally grateful if somebody could figure it out for me.

Unfortunately the installation is non-genuine.
The Key is that of a Sony OEM computer - and the motherboard is a retail one by Asus
This implies that an Activation Exploit is in use to bypass activation and validation requirements.

You will need to purchase a legitimate Windows 7 licence, format, reinstall Windows and then activate.

Oops! Sorry dsprauge...

I don't see how that's possible, I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be genuine. However I didn't install the OS myself, so I suppose I'll just have to reinstall then..

Its not I can tell your right now its not its actually very easy to see the only way this version of windows could have been installed with that product ID is through a hackers exploit please follow the advice given above about buying a legal key and then formatting your drive and reinstalling.

I actually have a genuine copy of Windows 7 that is running on another computer, can I just install that one or am I required to purchase an entirely different one for this PC?
