I work as IT support and I have a user with a Lenovo T420 which blue screens randomly when she is working with it. I haven't been able to replicate it myself but I can see it in the logs:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 110613-6552-01.
What I have tried so far is reinstalling the computer, changing the disk to a new SSD (new reinstall) and then I only installed the bare minimum drivers and ran AIDA64 stresstest for 17 hours with no bluescreen. Then when I gave it back to her i bluescreened after 15 minutes.
Lenovo just wants me to try with "their image" but our custom images works fine on a hundred other T420 so I don't think that is the problem. Is it hardware relatated maybe?
If someone can help me find out what is causing the bluescreen I will be very grateful!
I have attached the result from the SF Diagnostic tool in a zip folder.
Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.
Click on the Start button
Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
Select the “Startup” tab.
Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
Apply > OK
Accept then restart.
Let us know the results.

I've uninstalled Citrix, Cisco VPN and her other VPN client. I also followed your instruction for msconfig. The computer appears more stable but I guess it's kind of hard to test since the BSODs are random..
Is it possible the problem is that the two VPNs are conflicting? I think she is the only one using the second VPN (Maybe one more user has it).
And, the very nature of BSODs that those are random Observe how it is going. Inform us about the situation. I cannot say it with certainty that the aforesaid action will be enough to solve teh issue, as the issue was seeming to be a deep one. But it will narrow the situation down for sure.
