Ransom BSOD's for no apparent reason/each one is different

For no apparent reason PC suddenly started BSOD'ing about 4 mos ago. The initial 50 or so referenced ntoskrnl.exe+75bcv0 but there were others in between randomizing it so that could not lock it down. Did Memtest86 etc. Memory is fine, ran tests on HDD everything was fine. Done every single thing I can possibly think of, uninstalling/reinstalling video drivers since the Nvidia drivers was one of the common BSOD's.
Tried everything. Driver updates, roll backs etc. Now every app that has a numerical figure shows 'eg' and unable to download anything without a BSOD that refers to the Ethernet Controller which is the latest BSOD for the system ANYTIME I try to download period. Ethernet Controller is the AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 PCI-E Ethernet Controller Driver 1.0.0.18 08/23/2009. Could have sworn there was a 'Newer Version'. This all occured after I got 'Lazy' (I have a terminal illness) and decided to download Driver Verifier and trusted it's downloads. I'm guessing perhaps one was bad? But I'm at a total loss and since this computer is so corrupted atm and part of a serious DV court case, although some of the most important documents are backed up no way to back up everything at this point. SSDI just doesn't pay that much LMAO! Any help would be greatly appreciated. What's really odd, is that suddenly 2 months of the BSOD's no longer appear is the BSOD Viewer app o.O I can attach whatever is needed. Please just advise what and how and will be forever grateful if we can save this! Hoping that the scam artists my Hubby took my puter to, to put an adapter on and sold him an unecessary PSU *Keeping my expensive Thermaltake and all wiring and replacing w/a very cheap one w/cheap wiriing then charging him for reinstalling MY WINDOWS when they fried the 3 HDD's that were in it while I was in the hospital* is not the cause. Sorry about the long winded post, just lost, confused and no idea on what on earth to do now. TYVM <3 Also, tried the old trick of 'Creating a new profile' but when I do, the new profile is corrupt. Unable to drag anything onto the toolbar (Yes of course I click Unlock, but will show it unlocking it then POOF when you open it again it didn't do a thing) and each profile does NOT see things on the other profiles when searching o.O Ran Virus Scan 1000000000000x and nothing....

For some reason several months worth of .dmp files are suddenly missing. Perhaps doing a system cleanup? But just did that 2 days ago not sure why it still would show the last month. This has been ongoing since Feb and then it was the above referenced files in BSOD. The network adapter one is new, since removing and reinstalling. Guessing this one is older than the previous version I got from 'Driver Reviver' God will never use a cheat program for updating drivers again!! LOL!! Hope this helps and TY TY TY Again <3 Hmm followed instructions shows attachment but not showing attached here. Please let me know if you do not receive it! TYVM

Your files are incomplete unfortunately, there are plenty of dump files but a lot of info is still missing. Can you run the tool again please until it's 100% complete and upload the new logs.

Tried again. For some reason it is only showing 3 reports when my system has been BSOD'ing as much as 4x an hour since late Feb when I was in the hospital :( Not sure what is happening, but if I try to attach the actual file it creates it does 'Not' attach. My guess perhaps it's too large? Hard to tell when every numerical value on anything on the PC now shows 'eg' then a number. i.e. This one shows 52eg'0 KB (53,256 bytes). No idea why it will not allow me to upload it. Select it upload then hit close window but nothing is appearing.

Second set of files it created. Zipped them also and sending in case you can use them. Reinstalling the exact same network adapter from a previous download fixed the newest issue, but the others still remain. TYVM Again <3!!

Recurrent original BSOD

TYVM!! I will do that now. Last night I reinstalled the old driver I had saved on my system in the Atheros file. That stopped that one but will definitely install the new one. Searched forever but everytime I got to that site they wanted to charge me 29.95 to d/l the files o.O That stopped the BSOD when trying to download etc. Now back to the original. Will try what you suggested now and let you know what happens.
Note: That does seem to make sense. I was in the hospital in Late Feb and 'Besides' Hubby (Totally NON Tech) getting an adapter for my PSU for an extra HDD for backups and ending up w/a crappy PSU, the kids d/l a virus. I had Microsoft Security Essentials and Spybot then. For some reason they did not catch it. So knowing the heuristics of a virus (Used to be a tech before I got sick) I d/l the free Mcafee that comes w/Cox. Caught and removed the virus. Hated it SOO Much! LOL! In fact I'd tried it once before when they first offered it and removed it (Thought I did) apparently didn't remove everything thus the multiple instances. I believe one was a 5 user family PC version and the other a stand alone one. Will use their removal tool to make sure I remove all of it and get back with you.
BTW after updating the Atheros Driver of course back to the original error BSOD and error. Will be a miracle if this puter lasts another month but seriously it cannot go down or be reimaged if at all possible. Too much info EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to save a lil boy my 7 yr old grandson, from the abusive 'Boyfriend' my daughter is with atm, and would be lost since I just can't afford 'More Space' and it is not all on the backups that are all full atm on 2 other HDD's and some on cloud. Will let you know what happens and again TYVM for your time and patience!! <3

If you have more dumps since my last post please upload them and I'll take another look. Also let me know which Atheros driver you have installed and I'll help you look for a more suitable driver.

Whee Good Times! :)

Gah LOL! So since I last posted, I updated to the Newest Atheros driver, on the link you provided :) In my insane attempts to diagnose the problem, I had removed a lot of the NVIDIA stuff, waiting to run DDU (Couldn't d/l it b/c of the Atheros issue) then re-install those drivers.
After I updated the Atheros driver Np! Next BSOD? Nvidia driver. Expected something like that. Removed Nvidia drivers and then d/l and ran DDU in Safe Mode (Yep created a restore point just in case). So far no BSOD's yet. *Crossed Fingers*
Now for giggles 'Oh Master of the PC' <3 What on EARTH is causing the eg on anything that displays numerical figures i.e. downloads, existing file sizes, calculator (Where the period is supposed to be) etc? Any ideas?? Ran virus scan 1000000 times nothing. Running Malwarebytes now! But I do have 2 Kitties, a grandson and a totally PC illiterate hubby that mess w/my puter from time to time! ;) Any chance they turned 'Something' on?? Done a zillion google searches on it and not a single thread anywhere of this happening to anyone before o.O Guess I like to be 'Different' LOL!! TY TY TY for all you help you are TRULY appreciated! :D

Problem has been ongoing since Feb. I have NO idea WTH happened to the TON of minidumps I had that I could view on BlueScreen Viewer. But even on there it barely goes back a month now. *Sigh* Wondering if in my mad scrambles I deleted the minidumps running disk cleanup??? Afraid now my puter may be corrrupted since I tried to create a new profile thinking perhaps just this one was corrupt. Figured I'd just copy files over. But Nope. A. WTH is eg? It still appears on new profiles and B. If I create a 'New Profile' I cannot add anything to the desktop or toolbars. i.e. If I click on 'My Computer' and send to Desktop, nothing appears. If I check "Unlock the toolbar" it still doesn't work on the new profile and when I go back it's still checked. *Cry* Ran SFC found nothing wrong. God I hate Windows 7 LMAO! It was so much easier to work with XP and repair corrupt files, profiles etc. But then again, I am 'Old' and think the chemo makes me a little slow on the draw these days! Hehe ;)

What on EARTH is causing the eg on anything that displays numerical figures i.e. downloads, existing file sizes, calculator (Where the period is supposed to be) etc? Any ideas??

Can you post a screenshot of what's happening? I'm not too sure what you mean sorry.

Screenshot of 'eg' displaying in all numerical categories

Here are a couple of examples of the 'eg' bug I like to call it LMAO! ;) Not sure if there is some mathematical setting turned on somewhere in KB settings or otherwise or if I have a corrupted O/S or some new "Shiny" bug LOL! But w/e it is, it's annoying! Can't do simple math on the calc w/o it figuring in the 'eg' equation and it's frustrating since it's not supposed to be there and I'm OCD! Hehe ;) As for the Atheros adapter, I used the previously listed link, followed it to the correct 'Ethernet' Controller on the list, AR8121/etc/etc dated 03/29/2010. That was the most recent one I saw on the initial link. Is this more recent download for the Ethernet or for WiFi? I don't even have a Wifi adapter on my 'Main' PC since it's plugged directly into my router and hooked up to my 55in HDTV (Perks of being bedridden at times LOL!) Mainly use it for a LOT of PC gaming w/the grandson (Yes broke him in right!) and like I said, it all started with adding an additional HDD while I was in the hospital (Hubby surprising me) and he needed an additional adapter for power to the Sata drive and well *Poof* after that. First they told him he needed a new cheap PSU, kept the expensive old one, all cabling, fried all 3 HDD's including the 'New One' OMG LOL and THEN charged him for installing my 'Own' copy of Windows on the new HDD after he returned and replaced it... *Sigh* After that, it's been crashing almost daily, sometimes as many as 10x a day. Wasn't sure if that was the issue, a bad install of Windows, or simply someone did something 'BAD' while I was away like clicking on FREE STUFF links TeeHee ;) But of course had to re-install all drivers again and 85 billion updates when I got home, so perhaps missed something somewhere. TYVM Again!!!! <3!! April ;)

That was actually one of the 'First' things I did and said system files were fine! *Sigh* Although we are back to the 'Original' BSOD that I've been getting since Feb.... *Cry* If A. There wasn't info on here that I needed desperately that I have no place else or $$ to backup atm (Already have 2TB backed up). Add that along with several expensive programs I can't afford to replace or no longer exist that I only have 1 license to (I had to beg to get a new license for when those guys fried my 3 HDD's last time) I would just give up and re-image it. I'm at a total loss. And the corrupt 'New Profile' issues still exists also... It screams 'Virus' but nothing ever comes up on virus scans... Seatools shows the drive is perfect so no HDD corruption. Ran all stress tests on Memory and Vid card, all perfect. I am just at a complete loss here! Ran SFC again just for giggles. System file integrity remains fine....

LOL Guess I'm winning this round of 'Stump the Techs' TeeHee ;) Knew it wouldn't be 'Easy' since I worked as a SR Tech for IBM for years Hehe Newest Development though. I tried a 'Full System Scan' with Microsoft Security Essentials and every single time I run it, it BSOD's again... When it comes up it shows it's never run a scan at all.. Quick Scan does nothing. It's the 'Full Scan' that crashes it.

NOTE: On a whim I decided to disconnect the 2 2 TB backup drives then run a full scan again on the 2 Internal HDD's. Worked fine, no threats found and also no crashes since. So guessing perhaps it's A. Virus hidden on one of the 'Backups' (Probably the one from Feb) or B. The PSU is faulty and can't support the extra power needed for the drives. Any thoughts?? Or did everyone give up LOL! ;)

Hmm everyone give up? More BSOD's though not as frequent.. Thinking about getting a multimeter and cking the PSU they installed. Ran every other hardware test so unless it's the PSU, then I guess the O/S is corrupt esp w/the whole 'eg' bit. Guessing no one has run into either issue *Sigh* Well thanks for trying to help.

So back to the 'Atheros' Ethernet Controller Driver being the only BSOD now repeatedly. Have the latest driver *Shrug* so got me. And of course the 'eg' bug on everything that has numerical figures. Tried a different utility I found on another forum (Since no one has replied in days) Found several 'Hidden' devices w/no drivers or missing the device etc. Removed all those, rebooted and now the only BSOD I get is the Atheros one. *Sigh* At a loss, so guess I'm going to try connecting a Wi-Fi card (Blech for a hardcore gamer) and testing then. Perhaps the hardware itself is faulty on the board? No matter what driver same issue. Tried a rollback, same problem. Then going to wipe one of my 2TB drives that has a previous image from here and I guess lose some of my programs (They won't give me a license yet AGAIN) I'm relatively sure LOL and reimage. Then spend days transferring back saved games etc and installing programs and updates, since it appears I can't find the answer and neither can anyone else. Thanks for trying to help when you did. April ;)
