Raw Data hard drive lockup

Just had one of my drives lock up with some bad sectors and a raw data message what is the best way
to unlock it?

What do you mean exactly? Is bitlocker on it? By the looks of things it's not since you said it "raw" ?

No this is not in Windows 7 Bit Locker mode, in property it says there is zero data, when I run a sector scan it picks up 5 bad sectors, it also gives me a indication that it's in the raw data mode. The drive is about 95% full but reads zero data, no files are visible and the drive is not opening it says "The volume does not contain arecognized file system".
