Solved Raw plugin photoshop CS3

I have been trying to get a raw plugin to work on my Photoshop CS3. Down loaded CS3 into windows 7. (new laptop) Photoshop won't open photo's shot in raw.

Hi there
remember also that CS3 is getting old now so if you are using a new camera RAW file support might not have been added yet for your model -- and probably won't be -- adobe will want you to upgrade to at least CS4.

I have CS3 loaded on my desk top which runs windows 7 and it work fine. But not on my new laptop. That is what I can't understand. Loaded it into laptop same way. Have tried uninstalling and re installing removing the raw plugin and replacing it with different versions but still not working.
