RC after Oct. 22nd?

Windows 7 RC will keep running. On October 22 when Windows 7 is released you can get the fully released version. You will still be able to run the RC until August 2010 (well really March 2010 because of the shutdown feature).

No, it will require a full reinstall.

I don't know if there is a way to back up your settings though, I know you'll have to reinstall your programs.

That is not recomanded (I try to do that just for experiment and failed)...
Do a clean install.

I pre-ordered Win 7 Ultimate Upgrade. I have full version of Vista Home Premium 32bit. Did I do the right thing? Will I be able to do a clean install of Win 7 64bit? if I have Vista full version original disk?
