RD connection printer option not working

I have taken RD my server windows 2008 R2 server but local printer option not working.

Printer connected in my network sharing installed in my local system.when connect to RD it's showing (REDIRECT PRINTER OPTION) even though not working.

I have tried all the step but it's not working.

can you any one solve my issue
