Re-enable screen savers?

My dad's computer (win 7 home basic in Portuguese) no longer has the option for turning on and managing the screen saver. How do I turn it back on? I'm afraid my nephew turned it off so he could use the computer with full admin rights whenever my parents forget to turn it off.

EDIT: To clarify, when I right-click on the desktop, the "screen saver" option isn't there.

Hi, welcome to the forums

The 'Screensaver' option is not available from the desktop (right-click). You need to select 'Personalize' from the list (right-click). Then click 'Screensaver'
