You would install Windows 7 the same way as you normally would.
It's just that you will need to have an internet connection to be able to activate Windows 7, use the internet, or install updates through Windows Updates.

Once you install, activate and run all Important and Optional Updates you can disable the wireless adapter in Network and Sharing Center>Change Adapter settings. But you'd want to update periodically or you'll miss important performance, security and driver updates.
How do I Re-install Windows 7 on my Laptop without any connection to WiFi.
Thank you for any help
NO it is not a "dodgy" copy, I bought the copy some time ago to do a clean
install over Vista.
Looking at the answers I think I may have asked the wrong queston.
When I put the disk in the Laptop for a clean Install it started to Install
then stopped asked to download files from the internet as my internet is not connecting the Install stopped.
I have put the disk in the Laptop for a clean Install (again) it then asked to download from the Internet below there is another option below to install without going on the Internet windows 7 then installed without problem
I then installed AVG and Zonealarm switched on my Internet and logged in.
In addition follow these same recommendations to get and keep a perfect install. AVG and ZoneAlarm are not recommended at all for best Win7 performance.
I agree AVG isn't all that great but I've had no problems using ZoneAlarm's free firewall. It's much easier to use than Win 7's and, once it is "trained", there are very few popups (the latest versions are already semi-trained).
