Re-Installing Windows 7

Hello,

I would like to reinstall windows 7 64 bit on my HP laptop without losing my files and programs. Is there a way this can be done? Thanks!

Repair Install only reinstall windows, keeping all data, drivers and other programs.
It's good as you don't need to reinstall drivers, all other programs and recover data from backup.
The bad side is that it will keep all trash (on folders and register).

There is nothing like a clean install.
As all installation can go wrong, backup your data on an external disk.
