Solved Re-used family pack activation issue following disk crash

I bought and used all three licenses of a 3 pack Windows 7 Home Premium set. One of the computers had a hard drive crash so I've rebuilt it and used the 3 pack disk again. Unsurprisingly the activation thinks that it's not a valid copy.
Is there a way round this or do I have to buy it again? It seems a bit harsh that you can't continue to use something that you've paid for just because the disc crashed.
Any ideas?
