Really unstable system.
Windows 7 x64 from Ibuypower, several reinstalls, already Rma'd:
1X2Gb Ram, 2X750w PSU, 1X1GB HD5770 GPU

Multiple BSOD's, Screen Freezes, System Crashes.
About to turn it in for new Mobo or HDD...
mabey you could make an educated guess? mabey not...

Suspect Hd5770 driver conflict, though I updated ATI catalyst 'n card drivers...
Also has startup issues... real inconsistent set of errors.
Flashed, updated bios. Double, triple checked drivers.
Suspect i need a new mobo.

Many glaring problems.

Lets start with these

1-sptd.sys used in daemon tools and alcohol120 a HUGE cause of BSOD's

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

2-Your AV remove and replace with Microsoft security essentials

3-Your video driver remove using below and re-install with most recent

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

4-The snapshot makes me wonder about a virus. I would download malwarebytes and run it in safe mode to check

If these dont fix it we can at least narrow our focus

these are the same DMPs for before have you crashed since then? You still have sptd.sys, avast, etc installed and loading.
