Real Player PLUS 16, Error Sign In Blank Page

Hello,

I am using a windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, 500gb of memory. I am having trouble signing into real player. I already called them and were unsuccessful into fixing the problem.

Error: "One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed" when launching Microsoft Management Console (MMC)

Both of these didn't work whatsoever. Please help.

Welcome to Seven Forums DharamSingh89. Which browser are you using to try and sign in? Have you tried with another browser? I would try to access the sign in page in Safe Mode with Networking and see if it works there. If so, try a clean start to see if you can find a conflict.

If no help, it will be a tough one since it is specific to that one sign in page, and they have a known issue who's solution did not help you. If you don't have a second browser to test, it is a good idea to download Firefox, or Chrome to have as a second choice if needed, and to test this issue.

I tried signing in and through Google Chrome. Didn't work and I changed it to Internet Explorer that didn't work either. I'm trying to do the "How to Troubleshoot a Problem by Performing a Clean Startup in Windows 7 or Vista". I'll let you know if it works okay.
