Reason of migrating the OS to Win7

Can you please help to share the solid reason on why we need to change the OS from WinXP to Win7 ? Security ?

Not only security but also stability .

Moreover, XP is much older and out of date. In its time it was a great OS, but Windows 7 is better than it in almost all respects.

That's the technological advancement.

You don't "need" to do anything. But aside from security and stability, newer hardware is designed for Windows 7. Newer OSes will take advantage of the hardware in better ways.

There are many things that are better about windows 7, and one of those is compatibility. many programs now are only compatible with windows 7. Also it has an improved UI and is easier to use for most people. Windows 7 does have slightly improved security. Also it is compatible with the new hardware like massive hard drives and it can be better for gaming, directx11, nvidia physx, and OpenGL run better on windows seven becasue that is the system they were made for

Because it is an XPired OS which runs like a Model T compared to a Win7 Lexus.
