Reassign Function Key to Context Menu Key

As the title says, I want to reassign my function key to the context menu key. Why? because I have not used the function key in 2 years and it's a pain to keep taking my hand of the keyboard to reach 10 centimeters to right click on my mouse.

Preferably I would like to achieve this without any 3rd party programs.

To my knowledge, I don't think it can be done without a third party program like KeyTweak.

Why don't you use the Context Menu key that is already on the keyboard? Between Right ALT and Right CTRL keys.
