Reboot During a game (Event 41 Kernel Power)

So i have the error as in the title , i readed the "Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions "
But there is no dump file generated , nothing , it just shuts down instantly .

This Happens during me playing a game : Example WoW/dota2 , didnt played it for more then a year tryed now , so duno what happened with my pc during this time . I can reproduce it easily as i get ingame it takes 3-5 minutes for pc shut down .

Specs:
Motherbooard : assus sabertooth/ ASRock Model H61M-GS
GPU : GTX 770 asus /560ti
psu: 600 corsair
pcu: i5-2500k
ram: 1333 ddr3 kingston 2X4gb

So i readed a lot and saw many people solved theyre problems here, decided to give it a try and post .
Solutions tryed :
I thought its a hardware problem and i replace my GPU/MB tomorrow a new cpu is arriving (im afraid its not the problem tho)
Disabled a audio driver (had 2 heard someone solved it that way)
Uninstalled AVG as for someone it was causing problems (atm have MSE)
Runned CPU stress test with prime 95 ... nothing not even heated . (when pc shuts down my temperatures are below 50) It doesnt even make in time to heat the GPU . Speccy is almost always on during tests ... ITs not temperature . I cleaned my pc changed the paste , everything .
Tested RAM ill be honest maybe not enough 2-4 hours . I'll leave it today overnight .

So i'm out of ideas , and afraid its not even the cpu , if i keep replacing stuff soon i can rebuild another pc
IF anyone can try help me , i would be gratefull .

Ok tested ram 8 9 hours , 0 errors .

Anyone has any ideas what it can be ?

Can this thread be moved back into bdos ? All similar problems with this error , every thread on them is there .
Everyone i could find was in that section , i would hope there is more chance to get help where such problems were discussed .
