Reboot while using webcam..........

while using some webcam programs, the laptop reboot and i get this error

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

is it driver problem or its hardware?
i used different programs, to make sure they are not the cause
i am running now on Seven x64
tried Vista, still the same

Hello xxymxx, welcome to the Seven Forums.

When you machine made the cold reboot, it created this event. So this Kernel - Power event, ID 41 tells us only that your computer rebooted, but it does not tell why.

Look the event(s) just before this, and we should see what caused this cold reboot. To do this, open Event Viewer, go to Custom Views > Administrative Events and check the list, it should be in chronological order. The reboot was today at 06:47, look events just before that.
