You probably need to watch during the installation, and when it reboots, go into your bios and change the boot order so your hard drive is first instead of your usb flash drive.

Where did you get Win7? You may need to try another method if the ISO is intact as it may have written to the USB flash stick incorrectly:

Make sure you have the latest BIOS version update from the SUpport Downloads webpage for your computer or mobo model. If so, reset the CMOS: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/tp/clearcmos.htm

Unplug all other USB devices and remove all but 2gb of RAM. Test your RAM using memtest86 for 5-6 passes.

Check also the SATA controller in BIOS setup: try AHCI first, then IDE if necessary.

What was the previous OS on the HD? Will it still boot? If so, try running installer from desktop.

If not, wipe the HD to try install: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/91339-ssd-hdd-optimize-windows-reinstallation.html
