Receiving a "FIXMAPI 1.0 MAPI Repair Tool has stopped working" error

One of our users has Windows 7 Installed. When she emails out attachments, she right clicks it and chooses to "Sent To" and then selects "Mail Recipient". It opens and creates a new email fine. Upon pressing SEND it gives a "FIXMAPI 1.0 MAPI Repair Tool has stopped working" It does successfully email.

Created a new Outlook profile. Worked fine after that.

Update: when you use the snipit tool and choose the "email recipient" it still errors out.

Turned out to be some third part software that was installed that had outlook voicemail intergration installed. Thanks anyways!
