receiving "windows explorer has stopped working"

it happens when i enter into my c:\users\*your username here*
it closes and starts right again
what i am supposed to do? please help me, i tried anti viruses, anti malwares, nothing helped, is it a bug or what? could not find a solution anywhere

i found the solution
if you go into event viewer and to application under windows section and then see what causes explorer to crash it will tell you
in my case it was qedit.dll of directshow, so i uninstalled everything and now fixing it

how do you get to Event viewer?

I receive "windows explorer has stopped working" sometimes when I am right-clicking on a file. It normally happens when I alt-tab out of a game that I play and am renaming a video file. Any suggestions how to fix mine?
