Hello, so when I turned on my laptop today, I got the ugly BSOD. It's not the first one I've seen, but I just assumed it was because I hadn't placed any updates on my computer in awhile so I went ahead with the Windows Update and that fixed the problem.

But recently it's been happening again and it's very frustrating. I've included the Minidump and the results from BluescreenView. Much help is appreciated. View attachment 307031

Welcome to the Forum.

AVG is contributing to your BSOD's. Please remove it for testing purpose. Use Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other security software:

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Malwarebytes - Free
