Just had a BSOD again while my GF was checking her hotmail. Attaching the minidump and relevant info. Would appreciate if someone could check it out when able.
Im considering doing a OS recovery tomorrow. Seems to be some OS stability issues because I had no problems last night or today, BSOD seems to occur randomly.

No clear cut answer here but your Catalyst control center was running at that time. I would un-install the driver using this method and then just install the driver (not the ccc.exe)
When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.
