Recently my laptop has been crashing (having the blue screen). This has been happening around once every two days for some time now. I have anti virus software and it never comes up with bad scans either.
What can I do about this? I am very computer illiterate so any suggestions please be specific on how to fix it.

Thank you for any help!

Okay I hope I did this right. The file is attached. My computer isn't even a year old yet and I haven't updated the operating system

Your latest crash report was in December... Make sure your .dmp files are being generated correctly. Use OPTION TWO step 2. in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html to setup your minidump folder to gather the requested .dmp files during the next crash.
