Hi, I'm hoping to find help with this. I am really struggling to find a fix! :(

Heres what is happening ~

After a while using any internet browser it will begin to lag/stutter, even the task bar on windows will lag/stutter. It will stop if I minimize the browser window or anything like opening task manager etc. This seems to happen quite randomly but seems to happen when playing video playback or there is heavy usage from a webpage... I am not 100% sure, something along those lines.

Second thing is, which is more than likely related to the mentioned above, there is micro stutter when watching youtube videos or any video on any browser.

This is really puzzling, I have search and search for a solution for months! I have tried many, many things like disabling hardware acceleration, messing with firefox internal settings, graphic cards settings, windows settings.... so many things and not 1 solution

Computer runs perfectly smooth when playing games or using the desktop etc. I've downloaded videos in comparison to streaming them online, the downloaded versions play smooth and the streaming versions have microstutter

So if anyone could help me out with this issue it would be greatly appreciated.. its driving me up the wall :(

Thanks

Hi Dreadknot101, welcome to the Forum.

This problem is most likely due to your internet download speed. I have the same problem most of the time & often have to pause Youtube videos so the downloaded info gets ahead & then I start playing it again & occasionally I have to repeat the process.

You also mention this tends to be random & that is probably due to the number of people on at the one time. Here again it is download speed & available bandwidth. More demand, less speed.

Hi Ranger, thanks for your time. These two problems happen whether videos are loaded or not. This is a problem with the system, not internet connection.
