Recent security updates seem to have changed the admin password

I have recently automatically updated Windows 7. Howevere, when I try to log on after re-starting the computer, it shows the following message:

The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

My computer is HP x64.

Please help.
