Recent upgrades to homebuild- now frequent BSOD

I recently upgraded graphics, memory and went to dual SSD's. New install Win7 ultimate 64bit. Have checked for and updated everything I could think of. I run program on computer or am surfing on web. screen locks up get message :loading security settings: then blank screen then BSOD with message ( See downloaded image ) about new software or hardware creating problem. Had virtual PC with XP mode, removed that still have problems. Please help Sys dump and build specs included.

Bugcheck F4 is a storage related stopcode, common for SSDs. And there are some hint of ntfs, too.

In this situation what you are to do is

1. Update the Firmware of the SSD, and check the situation. If fixed, stop here. If not, go the the next steps.
2. Reseat the sata and power.
3. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
4. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
   Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

Free up the startup.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept the restart.

I have updated sys BIOS. I have 2 Transcend TS256GSSD320's . Transcend has a firmware update utility that will not recognize either SSD. I have run utility on different computer using a usb schuttle to connect SSD's . Will not see my 256GB SSD picks up my 64GB SSD no problem. seated reseated sata HD encloser updater will not pick them up. Am waiting for reply from Transcend on this problem. They make ASUS look like the greatest Tech support Co. in the world. (biteing tounge). Will post when I know more. P.S. Is there 3rd party software to help with update?

I turned 63 on Oct. 13. This is 2nd home build, 1st upgrade in year. Started about 12 yrs ago w/no experence. Still don't know what I'm doing. Will report back after researching this a bit. Thanks for responding.
