Hi guys,

Recently my PC started to randomly BSOD. The first time it did it when I clicked yes on a do you want to run as admin window. And then the next couple of times I got a BSOD error when trying to open some mp4 movie files. And just now, as I was typing this up, a warning window from my antivirus popped up and it BSOD'd again. So I guess the only common elements in my BSODs are that they've occured when trying to open movie files and when windows have popped up.

I love my PC and generally I'm not too tech-challenged, but when it comes to BSODs and crashes and debugging and all that, my love just isn't enough and neither is my know how.

So please help!

I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, full retail version and my machine is a little bit more than a year old now. My other specs are in my profile but if any of those details matter ask and I'll post them here as well. And per forum guidlines I've attached the dump files, etc., etc.

I'm a bit worried about this because it's only very recently suddenly started to happen, and my machine is pretty new.

Many thanks in advance.
