recovery error 320

hi i am having a sony vaio laptop with model number VPCEA23EN.
my windows7 is not booting normally. its giving me a message to repair n when i tried to repair it , even then its not working.
a blue screen is coming and hanging.

then i tried to recover from recovery disk and recovery partition, but its giving me an error like 320..

please help me regarding this as i have so much work to do
