I have an eMachines E627 with Windows 7 Home Premium and one time a serious hardware error made my laptop inoperable, so I took it to a computer store for a full system recovery. After doing this, I booted up the laptop but I discovered that in the system properties, it said it was a 32 bit system. In my laptop computer's original condition, it was specifically a 64 bit system. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hello stimpson97, welcome to Seven Forums!

Did the shop reinstall the Windows Operating System when they 'fixed' it or is everything just as you left it?
