Recurring BSOD, 1000007e with Web browsers

Recurrent BSOD, so reinstalled Win 7 on Dell Desktop Inspiron 620S. Still having BSOD.
Windows Updated, Drivers updated from Dell site.
Ran MalwareBytes.

Thanks a lot.
