Hi there,

Having some trouble trying to pinpoint what is causing these recurring BSODs.
The machine in question is on 24/7 but not under significant load.

FYI, since the latest BSOD I noticed both MalwareBytes and Avast were running on this machine and have now stopped MalwareBytes from running on startup in case the two were conflicting.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi ranvilles2- This is a Win 7 forum so it would be better if you posted in the Ten forum. However, at a quick glance-

It's a driver problem.

Are you using Avast? If so, I suggest that you uninstall/reinstall it.

Also, open Control Panel, Device Manager. Look in Universal Serial Bus controllers to see if there are any problems noted.

Hi Wither,

Apologies for the mix up but the question relates to a W7 machine and not the one listed in the specs.

I'll proceed with the advice you've given and return with more information.

Thanks
