After a refresh Firefox, does anyone know how to stop an "Add-ons Manager" tab that keeps appearing across the top everytime I open a new web page ?

Really appreciate any help....

Thanks :)

Finally discovered what seems to happen....

In Firefox clicking on Troubleshooting in Help at the top, brings up a Refresh button top right which is like a clean out of all old stuff, however a new tabs panel I've not seen before then appears with three or four clickable box options, including one about Add-On Manager, plus two or three others asking you to choose. I removed the Add-ons Manager automatic tab but being the first time didn't bother with the others which in my case I should have done as I didn't want any of them, so had to refresh all over again till no additional unwanted tabs appeared across the top.

So up to you but it can be a pain until you've sorted out what you want first, otherwise you to have to keep on resetting everything each time.

Hope this helps someone....
