Recycle Bin generic icon in Delete Dialog Box

Hi.I'm new here and this is my first post,so i hope it will be ok.
When i'm deleting files,folders,etc,i have a generic recycle bin icon in delete dialog box (picture 1),but when deleting program shortcuts,the icon looks normal like it should (picture 2)...
Why is that and is there any way to fix it? Thanks

Hi, welcome to the 7 forums.........wrong icon displayed ?

This can usually be cured be rebuilding the icon cache.

Hey,thanks for answering so quick,but i already tried that and it didn't help.
All icons on my desktop including Recycle Bin icon look normal.This only happens in this Delete Dialog Box when deleting files.

Welcome to the Seven Forums
Being you already rebuilt the Icon Cache and did the SFC /Scannow and that did not repair it I'm thinking the only way to repair it now is to do a Repair Install http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html

That would probably help,but since my problem is just annoying and not something serious,i rather would not do that at this time. But anyway i wanna thank you all for your help.
