Recycle Bin

When I go to delete something, it doesn't show up in the recycle bin. But when I go to clean out the recycle bin, you can hear windows with that noise as if a piece of paper is being torned up. The bottom line is, my recycle bin isn't working. How can I get it fixed, or can I delete the recycle bin and then reinstall it?

I see you've started this thread on the same problem. Did you try the Repair Install I suggested?

I was thinking this is what you where talking about. Okay before I do what you suggest, let me ask you a question. After I did the clean install, I started to get a down pour of updates from windows but after an hour they have stop. So now I have updates already install, but according to my computer the SP1 isn't there yet. I had microsoft email me (ftp) the sp1 pack. Would it be safe to install that first to see if it clears up my problem?

You should install SP1 as soon as it is made available to you.

It may or may not clear up your problem.
